Refund Policy

Hi, here at Raven we know that coffee is very individual and not everyone likes certain types. However we also realize that mistakes can happen and that sometimes it is OUR fault. Before you request a refund, please see our FAQ page to see if this can help.

If it is deemed a refund is necessary then you will receive a full refund for the product in question via the way you paid. So either Pay pal or by Card payment.

We do not hold customers card details and we are data protection compliant as per Jersey law and also to comply with our card payment and pay pal partners.

Once agreed the payment return will be processed as quick as possible but no longer than 12 hours of the request being dealt with.

If it is made via a card repayment then worldpay, (our card service provider), may take up to 3-4 days for the refund to show on your account. This is out of the control of Raven Coffee but we will email you a screen shot of the repayment to prove that we have done what we need to do.
